LEGUME LA TIGAIE / PAN-FRIED VEGETABLES

Legume la tigaie

Ingrediente necesare 4 portii
2 linguri ulei
4 catei de usturoi, taiati felii subtiri
o bucata de ghimbir de circa 2,5 cm, curatata de coaja si taiata felii subtiri
75 gr broccoli
50 gr fasole verde pastai, taiata bucati
2 morcovi nu prea mari, curatati si taiati in bucati de dimensiunea unui bat de chibrit
un ardei gras verde, taiat fâsii
un ardei gras rosu, taiat fâsii
o lingura sos de soia
o lingura sos Hoisin
o lingurita zahar
sare, piper negru macinat
4 fire de ceapa verde, taiate fâsii
Mod de preparare reteta
1. Incingeti uleiul intr-o tigaie; caliti usturoiul si feliile de ghimbir timp de un minut.
2. Puneti broccoli in tigaie si, dupa inca un minut, adaugati fasolea, morcovii si fâsiile
de ardei gras. Prajiti-le 3-4 minute, pâna incep sa se inmoaie.
3. Amestecati sosul de soia, sosul Hoisin si zaharul intr-un castron mic, adaugati sare
si piper dupa gust si turnati amestecul peste legumele din tigaie. Transferati mâncarea
pe un platou incalzit in prealabil, ornati cu ceapa verde taiata fâsii si serviti imediat cu
o garnitura la alegere.

Pan-fried Vegetables


Ingredients needed for 4 servings:

2 tablespoons oil;
4 cloves garlic, sliced ​​thin a piece about;
2.5 cm ginger, peeled and sliced ​​thin;
75 g broccoli;
50 g green bean pods,  pieces;
2 carrots cut small, peeled and cut into pieces the size of a matchstick;
a green pepper and a red pepper, cut strips;
1 tablespoon soy
1 tablespoon  sauce Hoisin;
1 teaspoon  sugar;
1 teaspoon salt,
ground black pepper;
4 spring onions – strips.
How to cook :
1.     heat oil in a pan, fry garlic and ginger slices for a minute.
2.     place broccoli in pan and,  after another minute, add beans, carrots and green pepper strips.  Fry them for 3-4 minutes, until starting to soften.
3.     Mix soy sauce, Hoisin sauce and sugar in a small bowl, add salt and pepper and pour over vegetables in pan. Transfer food to a preheated platter, topped with chopped green onion strips and serve immediately with a garnish of your choice.
