ALUAT DE PIZZA - PIZZA DOUGH

Ingrediente: 400 g faina,  30 g drojdie de bere,  1 lingurita zahar,  250 ml+3-4 linguri apa calda,  2 linguri ulei,  1/2 lingurita sare
Mod de preparare: Drojdia de bere se freaca cu zahar, peste care se adauga 3-4 linguri de apa calda si o lingura de faina, se lasa un sfert de ora. Acest continut de drojdie cu faina si zahar, sarea, uleiul si 250 ml de apa calda se toarna peste restul de faina. Se framanta aluatul si se lasa la cald o jumatatea de ora, sa dospeasca. Dupa ce a dospit aluatul, se imparte in patru parti, se face din fiecare bucata cate un bulgaras, se presara cu faina si se mai lasa la crescut 30 de minute. Dupa ce au crescut, se mai framanta o data apoi se intind foile, se asaza in tava. Se acopera cu ingrediente si se coc 20-25 de minute in cuptorul incins.
Sfat: Drojdia se poate amesteca direct cu faina, fara a se freca in prealabil cu zahar, apa calda si faina.

Ingredients: 400 g flour, 30 g yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar 3-4 tablespoons warm water 250 ml, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
