VINETE UMPLUTE

Vinete umplute Ingrediente:  400 g vinete  400 g pulpa vita  250 g pulpa porc  2 rosii  50 g pasta tomate  50 g cascaval  250 ml snantana  200 ml ulei  3 oua  sare, piper Mod de preparare:  Taiati carnea in cubulete si caliti pana devine alba. Taiati vinetele pe lungime si crestatile miezul. Dati-le cu sare si ulei si lasati-le la cuptor 10 minute. Dupa ce s-au racit acoperiti miezul vinetelor cu carnea, peste care asezati cascaval ras si felii de rosii. Se mai lasa 5 minute la cuptor. Din bulion, sare, piper se face un sos care se fierbe 10 minute si se toarna peste vinete. Se servesc fierbinti, cu smantana.

Stuffed Eggplant Ingredients: 400 g eggplant pulp pulp pork beef  250 g 50 g tomato paste tomato 50 g cheese 250 ml oil  sour cream 3 eggs, salt, pepper.
Preparation:  cut meat into cubes and fry until it becomes white. Crestatile Cut eggplants lengthwise and core. Give them with salt and oil and leave them in the oven 10 minutes. After you have cooled the core cover eggplant with meat, cheese and place over the tomato slices. Leave it in the oven 5 minutes. The broth, salt, pepper sauce is a 10 minutes boil and pour over eggplant. Serve hot with sour cream.
